George George has dark brown eyes and he is one of the most gentle pups I have ever seen. He delicately takes a single piece of food from your fingers. He is humble and well mannered. George is fine boned with tri-color , very short fur. He would make an excellent house dog because he would sleep most of the day (as most hounds do) and then be ready for a good walk when you got home. George would make you have a Merry Christmas! All animals adopted from the Humane Society of Randolph County must be heartworm (dogs) and feline leukemia (cats) negative. All animals are spayed or neutered and up-dated on vaccinations (parvo, rabies, distemper, etc.) prior to adoption. Adoption fees are $85.00 for dogs and $70.00 for cats.

All cats are required to be indoor companions. All dogs are required to be kept indoors or in safely contained outdoor areas.

Please remember the adoption cost covers spay/neuter fees, vaccination fees, and testing fees. These fees greatly outweigh the adoption cost.
