Mifflin I was rescued from the local animal shelter, after being found alone, weak, and hungry. I weighed 1 pound and was only 7 weeks old. Now I’m strong and have energy to jump, chase, and play! All animals adopted from the Humane Society of Randolph County must be heartworm (dogs) and feline leukemia (cats) negative. All animals are spayed or neutered and up-dated on vaccinations (parvo, rabies, distemper, etc.) prior to adoption. Adoption fees are $85.00 for dogs and $70.00 for cats.

All cats are required to be indoor companions. All dogs are required to be kept indoors or in safely contained outdoor areas.

Please remember the adoption cost covers spay/neuter fees, vaccination fees, and testing fees. These fees greatly outweigh the adoption cost.
