Spay/Neuter Voucher Program
The Humane Society of Randolph County Spay/Neuter Voucher program is for Randolph County Residents who cannot afford to take their pets to a full service vet. We sell vouchers-for surgery only-for Sheets Pet Clinic or Planned Pethood Spay Neuter Clinic in Greensboro. Owners call the clinic to make an appointment for spay/neuter surgery and any additional procedures and take pets to the clinic themselves. Vouchers are redeemed at the time of surgery and the clinic bills HSRC for the cost of basic surgery.
Additional costs associated with surgery, vaccines, testing, medicines, etc. are the responsibility of pet owners, and are paid directly to the clinic.
If you have Medicaid and need a spay/neuter voucher, contact “Dara” at 336-393-0000.
Purchase vouchers at 1822 B North Fayetteville Street in Asheboro
the first Saturday of each month from 9 to 11 am.
Bring cash and a photo ID to prove you live in Randolph County.
The Humane Society pays part of the surgical costs.
