The Humane Society sponsors a spay/neuter truck to Greensboro a few times a year, for Randolph County residents who do not have transportation. To send a pet on the truck, pre-register at Tractor Supply in Asheboro the first Saturday of each month from 9 am to 11 am. Bring cash or money order (no checks) in the amount of $25.00 per cat surgery, $45.00 per dog surgery and $10.00 per vaccine. You must bring a copy of your pet's current rabies vaccine, or pay $10.00 for a rabies vaccine. The Humane Society of Randolph County discounts/pays part of the cost for surgeries.

Bring a photo ID to prove that you live in Randolph County. We limit families to 5 spaces on the truck or 5 vouchers per year.

If you are a Medicaid client, bring a current card and photo ID. Medicaid families are limited to 2 spaces on the truck or 2 vouchers a year.
Rescues and breeders must work directly with the clinics.

DO NOT CALL TRACTOR SUPPLY FOR INFORMATION.
They let us use space in the building, but are not part of the program.
